Libmenu-cache is a library creating and utilizing caches to speed up the
manipulation for freedesktop.org defined application menus. It can be
used as a replacement of libgnome-menu of gnome-menus.

"/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/" is part of mtree(8).
Packages should not own this dir to prevent its deletion or a warning that it
cannot be removed because it's not empty at pkg_delete(1) time.
